S – “I pray that he may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in your inner being through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love,”
Ephesians 3:16-17 CSB
O – Paul is praying for the believers to grow in their resilience and strength in their soul and faith. This is a work of the Holy Spirit. Also, we would recognize that Christ is with us all the time in a relationship. This is God’s work of love with us.
A – These are fundamental concepts in a believer’s relationship with Christ. When things get challenging or even routine, it is good to go back to the fundamentals. The basic understanding of our relationship with Christ should recalibrate us and bring gratitude for all that He has done for us.
R – Heavenly Father, you alone are worthy of praise and surrender. Thank you for your presence and power that you deposit in us each day. You are with us at all times. The journey is long, with many victories and challenges. Empower us to persevere in tough times and be grateful for all things.
